Hamilton, New Zealand plays host to a disproportionate number of traditional or period styled hot rods. I’m not complaining by the way.

Much of this can be attributed to local workshop; Rocket Speed Equipment who have staked their claim as the ‘go to’ shop for 50s flavour.  And so too by extension, the Frankton Roadsters.  Rocket’s owners, employees, and a bunch of their mates got together to form the club.  The connection? Trad hot rods and Frankton, the suburb in which many of the members grew up.
